Dive deep into the world of Kaiut yoga with a weekend-long immersion! We will share eight hours of practice over the course of the weekend. This is a unique opportunity to dissolve the restrictions in your system and promote healing and overall well-being.These scrumptious classes will unwind chronic adhesions in the connective tissue and help strengthen and unlock the major joints of the body. Participants will experience regenerative effects in the whole mind-body system. Come lavish and fortify yourself in a weekend of Kaiut!

Session 1: Introduction to the Kaiut Method (Friday 5:30-7:30 PM)* Session 2: Diving Deeper (Saturday 10:00 AM-12:00 PM) Session 3: Dissolving the Restrictions (Saturday 1:30-3:30 PM) Session 4: Fortify and Integrate (Sunday 10:00 AM-12:00 PM)

*The Friday 5:30 PM Introduction to Kaiut session is open to all. Drop-ins for the remaining sessions are welcome only if you've practiced with Tucker before. The Friday night introduction is a prerequisite for the rest of the weekend. If participating in the full weekend please make sure to enroll yourself in all 4 sessions

Session 1 This will not be a redundant experience even if you have explored this method before. Tucker will guide you through the basics of this fascinating, magical practice, which can set the tone for the rest of the weekend.

Session 2 Explore the intimate and brilliant workings of your mind-body system. Utilize a meditative mindset and a fine-tuned practice to encounter restrictions both physical and mental. By bearing witness to sensation, we will train ourselves to relate to the work in a safe and effective manner.

Session 3 We all hold patterns of disease that we push away and ignore. Feel your restrictions, sit with them, and metabolize them. The practice continues to deepen in this juicy session.

Session 4 This practice finishes our immersion with a strong and nourishing session. After two days of potent work, we use this final time together to prepare the body to return to life off the mat and take the lessons of the weekend to heart.
