What is mindfulness and alertness and how do they function to settle our mind? In this workshop, Gen Chokyi will explore the power of mindfulness and alertness to make our meditation practice formally and in daily life function to keep the mind balanced and peaceful. Through training our mind we can control our thoughts from wandering off during meditation into meaningless or even harmful thoughts and instead focus our mind in a beneficially and positive way.

and gain realizations along the spiritual path.”
