The 4th Street Festival is going ONLINE this year. For the health protection of our patrons and artists, the traditional Bloomington, Indiana, Labor Day Weekend Arts and Crafts Festival is moving from physical to virtual. From September 5th all the way through December 31st, 2020 participating juried artists will link to the 4th Street site, and be ready and able to make sales to our patrons and supporters.
