ABOUT

IU alumnus Joon Park will provide an economic overview of the last decade and discuss financial reform post the Great Recession of 2008. He will discuss how that reform created a shadow banking industry that launched a tech renaissance and its unintended consequences, such as the rise of populism and the retreat of globalization into regional super-powers.
