Bloomington Watercolor Society Mounts 2019 Membership Show
Members of the Bloomington Watercolor Society (BWS) are proudly hanging their annual Membership Show entitled “We Paint This, That, and the Other!” at the Untitled Light Gallery, in The Mill. The public is invited to meet the artists at the opening reception during Gallery Walk Friday on October 4th from 5pm to 8pm or visit the gallery during business hours through October 29th.
BWS members will have artwork representing a variety of subjects and styles on display and for sale during this dynamic show. Over 25 original pieces will be presented during this year’s Membership Show, which marks the 30th BWS sponsored exhibit since the group formed in 2005.
The Untitled Light Gallery is located on the southwest corner of The Mill, a renovated industrial building located in Bloomington’s Trade District. This distinct and historical location offers a beautiful backdrop to the varied local artwork that BWS members will have on display. The Mill is located at 642 N. Madison St., just south of Upland Brew Pub. Free parking is available along Madison Street and more parking information can be found at http://bloomington.in.gov/parking.
Bloomington Watercolor Society promotes a growing relationship with artists to encourage one another and provide opportunities for promoting and exhibiting its watercolor paintings in the community. Membership is open to everyone.
