The time has finally arrived. After a thrilling win in this year's BPP CHOPPED competition Rob Shakespeare’s winning dish will be featured on the Truffles menu from June 10-12. Spread the word far and wide and go support his Ginger and Fig Glazed Halibut on Quinoa Salad with Kale Raabs and Roasted Fresh Fig! (Rob also suggests you have a glass of some type of fresh dry white wine from Truffles' wine cellar)
We are so thankful for our restaurant partner Truffles and our Guest Judge Executive Chef Bob Adkins. Truffles is located at 1131 S College Mall Rd. right next to the College Mall Kroger. It is a fantastic local restaurant that has our BPP seal of approval. Have dinner there June 10-12 and support Rob's dish and a fabulous local restaurant at the same time!
