We all want to feel good about ourselves but often we don’t. We can be overly self-critical, focus on our limitations and end up feeling insecure. This way of relating to ourself can adversely affect our work life, daily life, relationships and spiritual development. Please join us and learn how Buddhist wisdom offers us a different way of viewing ourself. Rather than identifying with our limitations we can begin relating to the extraordinary potential we all have. Developing this authentic inner confidence will naturally lead us to improve our good qualities and enable us to be a positive influence on those around us. Each class includes guided meditations and a short talk. Everyone is welcome, regardless of background or belief. No need to register. Drop-in to a class any time.
