ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Hannah Brown is a television personality, lifestyle expert, and two-time New York Times bestselling author.

Born and raised in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Brown was awarded Miss Alabama USA in 2018 and used her platform to advocate for mental health awareness. Brown then appeared on season 23 of The Bachelor, becoming a fan favorite, and was featured as The Bachelorette on season 15 of the franchise—even winning a People’s Choice Award. She went on to win season 28 of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars and compete on FOX’s Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, where she outlasted the other 16 contestants, most of whom were professional athletes. Brown continues to inspire and empower others by advocating for mental health awareness and emphasizing the importance of self-love.

Brown currently resides in Nashville with her fiancé Adam Woolard and dog, Wally.
