ABOUT

The American Red Cross and the Monroe County Fire District will be installing free smoke alarms in a neighborhood in Bloomington on Saturday, May 3rd, from 12 to 3pm, and they need volunteers to join them! Volunteers 18yrs. and older will meet at the Fire Station located at 2130 S. Kirby Rd. at 12pm to train to install and provide home fire safety education. Teams will be given a route map and supplies to install free alarms. Interested volunteers need to sign up by May 2nd.
