Wednesday June 3rd National Trails Day® Hike, 5:30pmEDT--Each year on the first Saturday in June, Federal land managers, partners, and volunteers come together to celebrate trails and accomplish trail stewardship projects on National Trails Day®. The Hoosier National Forest is celebrating early on a Wednesday night. Join us after work for a free hike on the Pate Hollow Trail. This 6-mile hike-only trail traverses through mixed hardwoods with views of Lake Monroe. Hoosier National Forest Interpretive staff will guide you along this moderate to rugged adventure. Come prepared for a long hike with water, snacks, and proper footwear.
