City of Bloomington Parks & Recreation invites you to a glowing night of skating, lights, and color to kick off summer! Volunteers are needed to help with setup and tear down of the event, as well as help with decorations and activities. On-site training will be provided.

Age of Volunteers: 16 and up. Volunteers under the age of 18 must have an Underage Waiver of Liability signed by a parent or guardian.
