Calling all teens! Cardinal Stage presents a six-week virtual workshop that will focus on monologue performance. Francesca Sobrer will take teen actors through the steps from finding a monologue that best demonstrates your talent to creating character and finding your focus, to performing your monologue as if presenting in an actual audition. Each participant will also have at least two private coaching sessions (20-minutes each) with the instructor outside of the regular meeting time. There will be a final presentation which will include a mock audition for invited guest artists.

The process of sharing the stage, listening to your group members, and adding to the collective outcome is critical to collaboration. Join with fellow educators in a fun, high energy 90-minute workshop that will inform and engage. Participants will leave each session with new ideas and strategies that they can implement in their classroom - whether online or in person.
