Travis Puntarelli (http://www.blurb.com/user/atomanegg) is Bloomington’s truest gem. He is a writer having at least 3 books under his young belt, several full blown musicals including ‘a Show of Hats’, lots and lots of some of the most unique songs we’ve heard on the showcase. Not standard ‘Singer-Songwriter by any definition! Puntarelli is soft spoken, has a great sense of humor and sees like an old soul when he speaks. Bryce Taylor (http://www.brycetaylormusic.com) will be joining Travis this evening – presenting his upbeat songs and personality. Taylor’s music is a compilation of inspiration gathered from a childhood spent listening to Country & Folk music in Texas and Oklahoma. Bryce is arts and technology, and a practicing psychologist (no wonder he has insight!). Tim O’Malley (https://www.facebook.com/tim.omalley.5661) stepped up to the plate for the second time this season to take a spot vacated by another writer who has been called out of state for work. Tim has been a friend of the Showcase since it began a decade ago. O’Malley is everyone’s favorite Blues guitarist – having performed in nearly every Blues-based band in the area. A couple of years ago – Tim discovered that people love his original songs. He’s written music for a while, and won more than a couple of song competitions with his songs.
