ABOUT

ChamberFest Brown County announces its 2022 festival, taking place August 14-20 in Nashville, Indiana, featuring world-class artists performing in a variety of styles and configurations. Join us at our five concert venues: Brown County Presbyterian Fellowship, St Agnes Catholic Church, Country Heritage Winery, Nashville United Methodist Church, and the Brown County Playhouse.

We are honored to be hosting among others the Lincoln String Quartet, comprised of members of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra including its principal cellist John Sharp; baroque violinist and Avery Fisher career grant-winner Rachell Wong; and esteemed IU Jacobs School of Music professors Mark Kaplan, violin, and Peter Stumpf, cello. ChamberFest provides the opportunity for all to attend concerts, lectures, and interdisciplinary events through a collaboration with educational and civic organizations in beautiful Brown County. We seek to inspire audiences in rural Indiana through classical music performance and education of the highest caliber.

Admission is free for all performances at the Nashville United Methodist Church, Brown County Presbyterian Fellowship, and St Agnes Catholic Church. Donations are much appreciated. If you wish to ensure your seat, you may reserve it for a fee of $20. Tickets for the Lincoln String Quartet performance on August 20 at the Brown County Playhouse are available for purchase.
