WHAT: The Midwest Craft Chocolate Festival returns with a weekend of tastings, demos, and talks from international chocolate makers. Featuring artisans from Ecuador, Colombia, Norway, Honduras, Thailand, India, and Japan, the festival showcases bold flavors, origin stories, and creative pairings, including a rising global trend: tea.

Highlights include:

  • Global chocolate tastings and exclusive festival-only bars
  • Talks on chocolate’s connection to health, fermentation, folklore, and tea
  • Hands-on demos, chocolate yoga, edible art, and family-friendly activities
  • A special tea and chocolate pairing spotlight, tapping into the worldwide tea renaissance
  • Debut of Macambo White Chocolate 66% with Yuzu and Matcha, available only at the festival from Japanese maker Sweet Escalier.
