Meditation helps us to train the mind to remain peacefully and uninterruptedly in a stable state of one-pointed concentration over an extended period of time. It will help us more productive in spiritual practice and other activities; reduce stress, bringing peace and calmness.
In this course you will learn, how to meditate and focus. Everyone is welcome to join us. No previous knowledge in Buddhism in required. This course is recommended for beginners.
