The City of Bloomington calls on the community to recognize outstanding volunteers by submitting nominations for the 2026 Be More Awards. These annual awards celebrate the incredible contributions of individuals and groups who make a lasting impact in Bloomington and Monroe County. Recipients will be honored during the 2026 Be More Awards celebration ceremony on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at the Buskirk-Chumley Theater. Each award recipient will receive a $1,000 grant award for the primary nonprofit organization they serve, thanks to the generous support of the Community Foundation of Bloomington and Monroe County.
